Andy Lehrer Files Amended Claim Adding 3 New Allegations Against easyDNS

In the matter of Andy Lehrer vs Tim Rourke & easyDNS, Mr. Lehrer has filed an amended claim adding three new allegations against easyDNS.

Mr. Lehrer has dropped the paragraph that seeks removal of the website (this avenue is not available under Small Claims cases).

Mr. Lehrer has added three additional allegations against easyDNS. There is no need to repost the new claim, it is more or less the same as the old claim, with the additional paragraphs 54-56. Update – Aug 22, 2014 – Second FDA Takedown Request Declined

We were somewhat taken aback to see the inclusion of this business' domains in their list considering that it is not an online pharmacy, does not deal in materials which are controlled substances anywhere in the … Read the rest

Growth for Growth’s Sake is a Road To Nowhere

The other day I had lunch with easyPress CEO Victor Granic and he brought up Matthew Woodward’s epic rant against WPEngine  and he also mentioned Jason Cohen’s rebuttal post “Growth is Hard”  and that set us off on a long discussion around today’s tech biz climate (which is almost synonymous with the “start-up” culture, because these days everybody expects to sell their companies before they ever “grow up”)
